Quick and Easy Air Fryer Salmon is the most wonderfully tender and juicy salmon ever. Only a few seasonings are needed for this super flavorful salmon.
This salmon dish is low carb and keto-friendly.
My air fryer has a permanent place on my counter. I absolutely love it and it gets used pratically everyday. I cook bacon in it, chicken wings, and reheat leftovers. I’ve tried countless recipes in the air fryer and all of them have been successes. But I especially love this Air Fryer Salmon.
Salmon is my favorite fish to start with and the air fryer turns an already delicious fish into a truly fabulous meal.
With salmon, I usually like to keep it simple. Salmon already has so much flavor. I only season the salmon with a little oil, some paprika, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt and pepper.
How to Serve Quick and Easy Air Fryer Salmon:
- Serve it over a green salad with tomato, cucumber, and a little feta cheese with an oil and vinegar dressing.
- Pair it with Skinny Southern Green Beans or Lemon Butter Broccoli.
Recipe Tips:
- If possible, let your salmon sit out at room temperature for 20 minutes or so before Air Frying.
- Choose salmon pieces that are the same thickness so they are done at the same time.
- Air frying cooking times should be used as an estimate. Different brands and models cook at different rates. After about 8 minutes, gently use a fork to prick into the salmon to see how done it is.
- I use the Power XL Air Fryer but I’ve heard good things about the Ninja Air Fryer. If you have an air fryer you love, leave a comment below.

your recipes for salmon always leave the skin on. I like to remove the skin before cooking. does this make a difference?
New to air fry, have a Ninja Foodi. Tried this recipe and found it amazingly tasty. Thank you
I have just bought a Power XL Airfryer. Only cooked a couple of things but everything has been a success so far 🙂 I’ve always wanted to try the salmon but didn’t know how to cook it. I’m going to the store to try & make it tonight. Thanks for the recipe!
Just for me,so glad to findsmall recipes, this salmon was great !
Looks good. I too had Power XL Airfryer but had no room in my kitchen to keep it on the counter. I had to store it in my storage area. So I gave it to my sister-in-law & got an Instant (Pot) Brands, Omni Plus which is an Airfryer, toaster oven, broiler, etc….all in one. Works just as good as the Power XL. Now to try your salmon….yum
Thank you for your recipe. This is my first time doing salmon in an air fryer. It was simple and quick and also delicious. Thank you so much and by the way I use the Faberware air fryer.
