Air Fryer Rosemary Roasted Potatoes are wonderfully crispy with the flavor of rosemary and garlic. Only 4 ingredients plus salt and pepper and this healthy side dish can be made in 15 minutes!
My Air Fryer has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. When I purchased the Power Air Fryer XL last year, I had no idea I would love it so much. It makes eating healthier so much easier. It only takes a tiny bit of oil to get foods fabulously crispy in the Air Fryer. I love everything I have made in the Air Fryer, but potatoes especially. You just can’t beat the texture of potatoes cooked in the Air Fryer. Wonderfully crispy and browned on the outside, but soft and moist on the inside.
Best of all, they can be made in the Air Fryer in a fraction of the time it takes in the oven. Pretty amazing!
This Air Fryer Rosemary Roasted Potatoes recipe is so basic, yet very versatile. I use red potatoes, but small Yukon Gold or fingerling potatoes would be awesome as well. Depending on the size, I cut them in half or quarter them but you can cut them to the size you like and adjust the cooking time.
These Air Fryer Rosemary Roasted Potatoes make a great healthy side dish for dinner and they are wonderful for breakfast as well. If you have leftovers, just reheat them in the Air Fryer for a few minutes to get them crispy again.
