Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli tastes just like oven-roasted broccoli but can be made in a fraction of the time. Such an easy way to make a healthy, low carb side dish that will go with any meal.

Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli

It only takes 7 to 8 minutes to make this yummy broccoli that is good enough to eat as a snack.

I adore Air Frying things and I use my Air Fryer at least 4 to 5 times a week. I love how quickly it cooks things and that you hardly have to use any oil. My Air Fryer of choce is the Power Air Fryer XL and I really love it. I can’t stop, won’t stop air frying everything. And I mean everything.

Tips for making Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli

You can cook it for less time if you like your roasted broccoli to be a little crunchy. Cook longer if you want it very soft.

For really tasty Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli, try tossing the broccoli with leftover bacon grease instead of oil.

Air Fryers can cook differently so please use the cooking time as a guide only and adjust as needed.

This is just a really basic recipe. The broccoli is tossed with olive oil and seasoned with a little salt. To flavor it more, you could sprinkle the cooked broccoli with grated Parmesan or lemon juice.
