You can cook it for less time if you like your roasted broccoli to be a little crunchy. Cook longer if you want it very soft.
For really tasty Air Fryer Roasted Broccoli, try tossing the broccoli with leftover bacon grease instead of oil.
Air Fryers can cook differently so please use the cooking time as a guide only and adjust as needed.
This is just a really basic recipe. The broccoli is tossed with olive oil and seasoned with a little salt. To flavor it more, you could sprinkle the cooked broccoli with grated Parmesan or lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

In a bowl, toss together all ingredients.

Spread broccoli out in Air Fryer basket.

Air Fry on 370 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes, opening halfway through and shaking the basket.
