Air Fryer Onion Rings are perfectly crispy. Because so little oil is used they are much healthier than deep-fried onion rings and they are much crispier than oven baked onion rings. They are delicious as is or you could serve them with ketchup or Come Back sauce.
The Air Fryer is wonderful for making diet-friendly foods. Air frying makes cutting the calories and fat so easy, but none of the flavor is sacrificed.
There are lots of different Air Fryers on the market. I use the Power Air Fryer XL and use it almost daily. It’s perfect for reheating leftovers quickly and easily and it conserves energy compared to an oven.
The Air Fryer does a fabulous job of getting foods crispy without using much oil. I love all kinds of fried foods. They are among my favorite foods to eat and it is so nice to be able to enjoy them without the guilt.
Note: Cooking times can vary from Air Fryer to Air Fryer so use the cooking time as an estimate.
You can use pretty much any type of onion to make onion rings. My favorites are sweet onions and yellow onions, but white onions and red onions work too.
