Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Crackers- only 3 ingredients needed to make this delicious snack or appetizer. They are perfectly buttery, salty, and sweet.
How To Make Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Crackers:
Each cracker gets wrapped with a half slice of bacon and rubbed with brown sugar. They are then air fried for 8 to 10 minutes to crisp the bacon. If you want them sweet and spicy, you can add a little cayenne pepper.
What type of crackers to use?
My favorite cracker for this recipe is Club Crackers. They are a great size and have a great buttery, crisp flavor.
Recipe Tips:
- DO NOT use thick-cut bacon.
- Cutting each bacon slice in half makes them the perfect size for wrapping around a club cracker.
- Air fryer cooking times vary. Use the cooking time as a guide and the first time you make them, check frequently. If you cook them even just a minute too long, the crackers will burn.
- The crackers will feel soft when you first remove them from the air fryer, but they will crisp up as they cool.
Bacon-Wrapped Crackers are a simple appetizer that have been popular for decades. No one can resist this crunchy, salty treat. Not a healthy recipe, but worth it for a splurge every now and then. Just be sure to eat them in moderation. Best made for company and you can eat one and share the rest.

Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Crackers- only 3 ingredients needed to make this delicious snack or appetizer. They are perfectly buttery, salty, and sweet.
Ingredients
- 14 Club crackers
- 7 slices bacon, cut in half horizontally
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions
-
Wrap a piece of bacon around each cracker.
-
Rub a little brown sugar on the bacon.
If using the cayenne, mix it with the brown sugar before rubbing it on the bacon.
-
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil.
Cook crackers in 2 batches so you don't crowd the basket. Place half of them seam side down in the air fryer basket.
-
Air fry at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. You can flip them over halfway through if you want, but I think they cook just as well if you don't.
Cooking rates for air fryers can vary greatly. Take a peak at about 6 minutes to see how close they are to getting done. If you leave them in too long, the crackers will burn.
Recipe Notes
DO NOT use thick cut bacon. It will take too long to cook.
