Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries- this two ingredient low carb snack is so delicious. Salty and crispy on the outside and wonderfully creamy on the inside.
Makes a great snack, side, or appetizer for a low carb or keto diet. Cooks in about 10 minutes in the air fryer.
HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER BACON WRAPPED AVOCADO FRIES:
- Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh out in one piece.
- Slice each half into 4 wedges. Each avocado will give you 8 avocado fries.
- Cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap one piece of bacon around each avocado slice.
- Place in an air fryer basket that has been sprayed with oil. Don’t crowd them. Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you will be able to make 6 to 10 at a time.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
HOW RIPE SHOULD THE AVOCADO BE?
You want the avocados to be just ripe, not overripe. If they are overripe, your fries will be mushy. When you press on the skin of the avocado, it should give just slightly.
RECIPE TIPS:
Work quickly. Avocados will turn brown as they are exposed to air. You might want to wait and cut the second avocado when the first batch is almost done air frying.
Air Fryer cooking times vary so use the cooking time as an estimate.
Do not use thick-cut bacon. It will take too long to get crispy.

- 2 large avocados
- 8 slices bacon, each one cut in half
- Ranch dressing
Instructions

Slice the avocados in half. Remove the pits. Insert a spoon between the skin and use it to remove the pulp in one piece.
Cut each avocado half into 4 wedges.

Wrap a piece of bacon around each avocado piece.

Place in a greased air fryer basket. Air fry in 2 batches if necessary so as to not crowd the basket.
