Sriracha Honey Roasted Broccoli is both sweet and spicy and makes an easy, healthy side dish. Roasting broccoli is my favorite way to cook broccoli and the combination of the sweetness from the honey and the spice from the sriracha is magical. There’s also a good bit of soy sauce for a nice saltiness.

Broccoli doesn’t get any more delicious than this.

This easy side can be ready in only 15 minutes! Just mix some soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and pepper together in a bowl. Add the broccoli and toss to coat. Pour the mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil for easy clean-up. You can use parchment paper if you don’t like to use aluminum foil.

You want to roast it at high heat so the edges of the broccoli get a little charred. Twelve to fifteen minutes at 450 degrees works well depending on of you want it a little crisp or you want it softer.
