Instant Pot Lemon Pepper Salmon

This was my first time cooking salmon in the Instant Pot, but it won’t be my last. It cooks perfectly and so much flavor is infused into the salmon.

It only takes a few minutes to prep this Instant Pot Lemon Pepper Salmon. Add 3/4 cup of water to the bottom of the Instant Pot. Insert the steaming rack and place the salmon on it skin side down.

Brush the salmon with either melted butter or coconut oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Lay some fresh dill or fresh parsley on the salmon and top with lemon slices.

The combination of lemon pepper seasoning and lemon slices gives this salmon so much fresh lemon flavor.

It’s amazing how much lemon flavor this salmon has. Leftovers taste great on a green salad.
