Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 12 ounces broccoli slaw
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  2. Add broccoli slaw, cucumber, and red onion. Toss to coat.

  3. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
