
Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding- this healthy take on southern banana pudding is loaded with protein and it's a breeze to make.
Place cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth.
Transfer to 2 bowls. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. It tastes better when it is cold.
Arrange banana slices around the edge of the bowls.
Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon. Top with a little whipped cream and 2 cookies. Serve.
