Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, cooked and cooled
  • 3 baby cucumbers, sliced
  • 4 to 5 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, and vinegar.

  2. Add peas, cucumbers, radishes and onion. Stir to mix.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Sprinkle with dill. Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes and serve.
