Low Carb Barbecued Chicken Breasts are flavored with a tomato-based Memphis-style BBQ sauce. So much smoky flavor in this easy, low carb grilled chicken.
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except chicken. Pour half of the sauce into a small bowl and set it aside.
Add the chicken to the bowl and turn to coat it well. Let it marinate while you heat the grill to medium-high. Be sure the grill grates are greased since there is no oil in the marinade.
Grill the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side.
Baste the chicken with the sauce that was set aside and serve.
