Just three ingredients needed to make this delicious Peach BBQ Grouper. It’s the perfect healthy dinner recipe and can be made in just minutes.
This yummy meal can be made on a gas grill or a cast iron grill pan on the stovetop.
Peach BBQ Grouper is a great meal to make this time of year when fresh peaches are still in season. Off season, frozen or even canned peaches could be used.
To make Peach BBQ Grouper, just blend a cup of chopped peaches in a blender with 1/2 cup of bbq sauce. This will make plenty of sauce for 4 servings.
You can use any type of bbq sauce depending on your dietary needs and preferences, including low sugar or low sodium or low carb.
Simmer the sauce to thicken it and heat a gas grill to medium-high or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the grouper with salt and drizzle it with just a little oil so it won’t stick to the grill or grill pan.
Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, basting with sauce the last few minutes. Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a light and healthy meal.
