This Banana Peach Smoothie is one of the most delicious smoothies you will ever make. It’s the taste of summer in a glass and it makes a fast, healthy breakfast or snack. Perfectly sweet and creamy with a delightful texture.
If you have fresh summer peaches on hand, this is the perfect quick and easy smoothie.
To avoid having to add ice to the smoothie, just stick your fresh peaches in the freezer the night before. Be sure to slice them first. Or you could use frozen peaches from the grocery store.
Besides the peaches and half a banana, I only add 2 other ingredients to this Banana Peach Smoothie. Lowfat milk and nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt. The peach and the banana together with the sweetness from the yogurt provide all the sweetness this smoothie needs.
To make it dairy free, use almond or coconut milk and non-dairy yogurt.
This is a healthy, delicious smoothie you will want to make all summer long.
