Air Fryer Apple Pie Stuffed Biscuits are super easy to make with refrigerated biscuits and a can of apple pie filling. This quick and easy apple pie pastry can be made in no time at all.
In a bowl, stir together the apple pie filling and 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Use a knife to cut the apple slices into small pieces.
Separate each biscuit into 2 layers. Roll each piece out to flatten it.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of apple mixture in the middle of each biscuit.
Pull the edges of the biscuits up and over the filling and pinch to seal.
Place a parchment paper liner in air fryer basket.
Working in batches, place about 6 biscuits in air fryer, seam side down. Spray lightly with oil.
Air fry at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Flip over and air fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Combine sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.
Dip each cooked biscuit in butter and then coat in cinnamon sugar.
Repeat with remaining biscuits.
