Air Fryer Apple Pie Stuffed Biscuits

Air Fryer Apple Pie Stuffed Biscuits are super easy to make with refrigerated biscuits and a can of apple pie filling. This quick and easy apple pie pastry can be made in no time at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can Grands flaky refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the apple pie filling and 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Use a knife to cut the apple slices into small pieces.

  2. Separate each biscuit into 2 layers. Roll each piece out to flatten it.

    Place 1 heaping tablespoon of apple mixture in the middle of each biscuit.

  3. Pull the edges of the biscuits up and over the filling and pinch to seal.

  4. Place a parchment paper liner in air fryer basket.

    Working in batches, place about 6 biscuits in air fryer, seam side down. Spray lightly with oil.

  5. Air fry at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Flip over and air fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.

  6. Combine sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a small bowl.

  7. Dip each cooked biscuit in butter and then coat in cinnamon sugar.

  8. Repeat with remaining biscuits.
