
This Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl is low carb heaven. An Ultra creamy layer of whipped cottage cheese topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan is baked until warm and bubbly. I love to top mine with pepperoni slices and olives.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place cottage cheese and egg in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Stir in a few pinches of salt, about ¼ teaspoon black pepper, the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.
Transfer to prepared baking dish. Spread marinara sauce on top.
Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Evenly arrange pepperoni slices and black olives on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
