Skinny BBQ Shrimp is a lighter version of the classic New Orleans BBQ shrimp recipe. It is still full of flavor and spice, but I've cut way back on the amount of butter and oil so that it is easier on the waste line.
Add all ingredients except green onions and shrimp to a large pan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add green onions and shrimp. Cook stirring frequently for 3 to 5 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through. Be careful not to overcook. They will continue to cook a little once removed from the heat. Check for seasoning and add salt if needed. Most likely, it already has enough from the cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
