  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 7x11-inch casserole dish.

  2. Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet, crumbling it as it cooks.

  3. Drain sausage and transfer to casserole dish.

  4. Whisk together eggs and cream until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.

  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until set in the middle.
