Instant Pot Steel Cut Oatmeal cooks up effortlessly in about 30 minutes for a hearty, filling breakfast.

Lightly spray the inside of the Instant Pot with cooking spray.
Add oats, almond or coconut milk, water and salt.
Place lid on Instant Pot and set to Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Make sure vent is in sealing position.
Let pressure naturally release for 20 minutes. Manually release pressure. Remove lid and stir.
Before serving, add sweetener if desired.
