Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, regular or spicy
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a hand-held mixer to mix everything well.

  3. Shape mixtue into 20-22 balls, a little smaller than a golfball.

  4. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
