Ingredients

  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut watermelon into wedges.

  2. In a small bowl, stir together lime juice, rum, sugar, lime zest, and mint.

  3. Pour over watermelon. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
