Easy Skillet Turnip Greens with onion and garlic are delicious served with chicken or pork. They make a quick and easy vegetarian southern side dish.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
Add garlic and cook one minute.
Add turnip greens, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
