Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, cut into flappers and drummettes and wingtips discarded.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Pat wing pieces dry and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.

  2. Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees for 2 minutes.

Spray air fryer basket with oil and add half the wings, being sure not to crowd them. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip over and air fry another 8 minutes.

  3. While wings are air frying, in a medium bowl, stir together honey, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce.

  4. When wings are done, remove them from air fryer, toss them in sauce and then return them to the air fryer for 1 to 2 more minutes.

Repeat with the second batch of wings.
