Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cayenne. 

  2. Add chicken and turn to coat. Let sit 15 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

  4. Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle any marinade left in the bowl over the chicken.

  5. Bake 35 minutes. 

  6. Turn broiler on and broil 1 to 3 minutes or until lightly charred.
