Skinny Peach Cobbler

Skinny Peach Cobbler is a fruity summer dessert without the fat and calories. Serve  warm with a little frozen vanilla yogurt or low-fat ice cream for a scrumptious southern dessert.

  • 1 1/3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/3 cups SPLENDA
  • 1 1/3 cups 1% milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans sliced peaches in their own juice drained
  • butter-flavored cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a small baking dish (9x9-inch works well). 

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and SPLENDA. Whisk in milk and vanilla.

  3. Add cinnamon and peaches (make sure they are drained) and stir to mix.

  4. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Spray top with cooking spray. 

  5. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm with low-fat ice cream.
