Ingredients

  • 1 (8-count) can jumbo flaky refrigerator biscuits
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Use a small round cookie cutter or a donut cutter to cut a hole from the center of each biscuit.

  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Air fry 4 biscuits, including holes, for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

  3. While they are air frying, combine the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

  4. Since air frying times vary, check the biscuits at about 4 minutes to see how they are progressing. Before you take them out, check the center of one to make sure it is not still doughy.

  5. Dip them in melted butter and then coat them in cinnamon sugar.

  6. Repeat with a second batch.
