Healthy Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Chicken has plenty of sweet heat flavor. After 4 to 5 hours in the crock pot the chicken cooks up so tender.
Place sliced onion in bottom of a 6-quart crock pot.
Combine salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper and sprinkle on chicken.
Place chicken on top of onion.
Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour on top of chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
