Air Fryer Fried Shrimp

Air Fryer Fried Shrimp cook up fabulously crispy and flavorful but without the added fat of deep frying. Only takes 10 minutes start to finish to make them!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespooon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, optional
  • 1 package Seasoned fish fry I use Zatarain's
  • 1 pound medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Add Tabasco sauce if desired.

  2. Place fish fry in a large ziptop bag.

  3. Coat shrimp in egg mixture. Drop about 5 shrimp at a time in the fish fry. Shake to coat. Place on a plate and repeat with remaining shrimp. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees. Lightly spray basket with cooking spray. Add about half the shrimp. You want them in one layer and not too crowded. Spray shrimp with cooking spray.

  5. Air fry for about 5 to 7 minutes. Repeat with remaining shrimp.
