Ingredients

  • 5 Medjool dates, pits removed
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Process the dates in a small food processor until finely chopped.

  2. Add Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Process until combined.

  3. With food processor running, slowly drizzle the oil in.

  4. Add water until it is thinned to your liking.
