Air Fryer Greek Chicken- diced chicken, red bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini are tossed with Greek seasonings and srpinkled with feta cheese. This low carb air fryer meal can be made in under 30 minutes.
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Combine chicken, red onion, bell pepper, and zucchini in a medium bowl.
Add oregano, parsley, garlic powder and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly.
Place mixture in the Air Fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
