Bacon Wrapped Pickle Spears make a salty and sour low carb snack. They are great for gameday!
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Set a baking rack inside of a rimmed baking sheet. Spray it with cooking spray.
Blot pickles dry with paper towels.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each pickle spear. Secure wiht a toothpick if desired.
Place on baking rack. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
If you want the bacon to be really crispy, precook it a little in a nonstick pan. Let cool a little and then wrap around the pickles.
