Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10-ounce) pacakge shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, milk, vinegar, and black pepper.

  2. Place coleslaw mix and shredded carrot in a large bowl.

  3. Pour yogurt mixture on top. Add green onions and celery seeds and mix everything together.
