Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries- this two ingredient low carb snack is so delicious. Salty and crispy on the outside and wonderfully creamy on the inside.
Slice the avocados in half. Remove the pits. Insert a spoon between the skin and use it to remove the pulp in one piece.
Cut each avocado half into 4 wedges.
Wrap a piece of bacon around each avocado piece.
Place in a greased air fryer basket. Air fry in 2 batches if necessary so as to not crowd the basket.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
Serve with ranch dressing.
You want the avocados to be just ripe, but not overrripe.
