Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are my favorite baked potatoes. They cook quickly, get wonderfully crispy on the outside, and light and fluffy on the inside. What's not to love?

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 medium russett potatoes
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Washa and dry potatoes. Rub them with olive oil and then sprinkle all sides with salt.

    Pierce each one a few times with a fork.

  2. Place in air fryer basket.

    Air fry for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Pierce one with a fork or knife. If they aren't soft yet, air fry for another 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Carefully remove them from the air fryer. Slice each one open and pinch the ends in some to open them. Season with salt and pepper and add any desired toppings.
