Air Fryer Cheeseburger Stuffed Biscuits are stuffed with ground beef, American cheese, and pickles. Serve with a 3-ingredient burger sauce for dipping. Quick and easy to make in the air fryer.
Cook and crumble ground beef in a large nonstick skillet. Once it is about halfway cooked, add the onion.
Once no more pick is left, stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
Split each biscuit into 2 pieces. Stretch each piece slightly.
Mound a few tablespoons of ground beef mixture on half the biscuit rounds.
Place half a piece of cheese and 2 pickle slices on top of each ground beef mound.
Place a biscuit half on top of each one. Stretch as needed to seal the edges, pressing well on the seams.
Spray the tops of the biscuits lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Cook 4 stuffed biscuits at a time.
Air fry at 350 degrees for about 7 to 8 minutes. Check at about 6 minutes. They are done when the biscuits are golden.
Stir together burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve Stuffed Biscuits with burger sauce.
For best results, assemble 4 stuffed biscuits and place them in the air fryer. Assemble the next 4 while the first 4 are air frying.
