Keto Italian Breadsticks are topped with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. This low carb Italian recipe will satisfy all your cravings for cheesy, garlic flavored bread.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
In a larger, microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Mix the cheeses together. If they are not completely melted, microwave for another 30 seconds.
Add the dry ingredients and the egg to the cheese mixture. Use you hands to mix everything together. If they are not mixing together well, microwave for another 20 to 30 seconds.
Tip: if dough is sticking to your hands, try wetting your hands with water.
Using your hands, spread the dough out on the prepared baking sheet. Try to get it in roughly a 12x9-inch rectangle.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into 10 breadsticks. Separate them and move them apart just slightly.
Sprinkle the remaining Italian seasoning over the breadsticks.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
