Ingredients

  • 2-3 pitted dates, Medjool
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut each date into 4 or 5 pieces.

  2. Place dates, almond butter and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add ice, banana, and hemp seeds and blend until smooth.
